Welcome to Drop. By using the Drop app and our services you accept these terms. Read them carefully before registering.

2. Pre-launch registration

Drop is in pre-launch phase. By registering for early access you consent to receiving information about the launch, features and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Use of the service

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Norway to use Drop. You must have a valid BankID to verify your identity.

5. Fees and pricing

Drop charges 0.5% for international transfers and 1% for QR payments (merchant fee). All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

6. Liability and limitation of liability

Drop is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for indirect losses or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination

You can delete your Drop account at any time via the app. All your personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may close your account if you breach these terms or if we suspect fraud or illegal activity.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use Drop after changes you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
